Reset your Microsoft 365 Password

Office 365

If you have forgotten your password, or you believe that you account credenitals are being used by someone without the authority to access your account, then you can reset your password in the following ways:

If you still have access to your account:

  1. Visit www.office.com and click Sign In if you are not signed in.
  2. Click on your profile picture or Initials in the top right corner of the screen
  3. Click on View Account
  4. In the Password section, click on Change Password

If you do not have access to your account:

  1. Visit www.office.com and click Sign In
  2. On the Sign In screen, click the link “Forgotten Password”
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions, which will vary depending on your security settings
