The Officers features has been created in order for you to record and display the Officers of the Council and their roles and responsibliities.
The following information should be set in order to get the best results on your website:
| Title | This should be set to the Full Name of the Officer |
| Content | The Block Editor content should be a description of the Role and Responsibilities of the Officer and their position at the Council. |
| Job Title | This is where you set the official Job Title of the Officer |
| First Name | Set the Officers First Name(s) |
| Surname | Set the Officers Surname(s) |
| Phone | Set the Contact Phone number of the Officer |
| Set the Email Address of the Officer |
The Layouts allows you to set the look/design of the pages displaying lists & details of your posts, and can be set in WP Admin > Officers > Settings. Uniquely for Officers, there is an additional option to display the list of Officers at the bottom of the Members Archive page if you feel this is more appropriate,
The Default Single Layout is a Sidebar-style page detailing the information about the Officer, including Contact Details and the Content for the Role and Responsibilities of the Officers Position.
The Default template for Officers is a card-style layout giving a summary of the Officer, including links to the individual page, Position and Contact Details.
