How long does it take for you to migrate to Microsoft 365?

There isn’t a definitive answer for this, so it would have to be agreed on an individual basis. The amount of time it takes to migrate to Microsoft 365 is almost exclusively determined by how much data you have to migrate, including files and folders that you may have on your current 3rd party storage service or local storage, and how large the email accounts are that you currently have, basically the more data you have, the longer it may take.

With that considered, as part of our migration process, we generally tend to perform migrations over the weekend, meaning the impact for organisations is dramatically reduced. We also perform preparations prior to performing the migration itself, so we generally don’t take longer than 24 hours to perform a migration, and we can provide you with your login details as soon as your account has been created.

Although we can’t guarantee a timeframe until we have assessed your individual circumstances, we will do everything we can for a fast and hassle-free migration, providing support for you along the way and making sure that there is as little downtime to your service as possible, if any.
