We see the start of your subscription with us to Microsoft 365 as a process from our point of view. This is because that many people choose to allow us to migrate email and data from existing sources to Microsoft 365 as there is usually a number of 3rd party services and subscriptions which are replaced with the Microsoft 365 subscription, as you can see below:
An example of a current setup can be as follows:
The above scenario is quite common for organisations that don’t have a dedicated IT Administrator, or have grown over time and are just at the point where managing all of these subscriptions and paperwork to each of these individual entities is getting unmanagable.
If your situation is anything like the above example, we can migrate your data from 3rd Party Cloud Storage providers to OneDrive/SharePoint, migrate all emails from your accounts to new accounts in Outlook, including Calendars and Contacts. Not only that, but with the inter-connectivity of Microsoft 365, when we migrate your data/email, you have the ability to work across all of the Microsoft apps seamlessly, with access to your files from any of the apps at any time.
We have a trusted and approved migration process for moving even the most complex of external setups to the Microsoft 365 platform. However, if you want to do this yourself, or want your System Administrator to perform the migration, then this is certainly possible, and we will provide some of the tools that are used as part of our support to you. We cannot take responsibility for your data if you choose to do this yourself, which is worth considering when choosing whether to take the migration on yourself, but it is available.
If you choose to perform the migration yourself, let us know you wish to do this and we will discuss the process with you and offer guidance on how this can be performed.
